Responsibilities * Manage daily reporting for assigned clients, ensuring timely, accurate distribution and immediate escalation of identified issues for remediation. * Access internal and external reporting systems to extract and validate billable data for assigned accounts. * Populate predefined client workbooks with verified billable attributes. * Perform contract-defined validation checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy. * Distribute completed reports to designated OTC analysts. * Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
