Responsibilities Accounts Receivable entries for Prism SG Corporate, Retail and ad hoc Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank entries for Subsidiary Entities Fixed Assets and Intangible Assets tracking and recording for Prism SG Assistance with Finance related workflow changes and projects (e.g. ERP implementation) Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company. All-hands-on-deck attitude with an ability to remain calm and excel under pressure Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A successful track record working in a high-volume environment Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively Proven experience in the finance industry will be an added advantage High flexibility during busy period
Responsibilities
The role involves managing Accounts Receivable entries for the Singapore corporate and retail entities, along with handling Accounts Payable and Bank entries for subsidiary entities. Responsibilities also include tracking and recording Fixed Assets and Intangible Assets for the Singapore entity, and assisting with finance workflow changes and projects like ERP implementation.
