Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness Perform reconciliations and support month-end and year end close Maintain vendor and customer records in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or Sage) Assist with payroll data collection and job costing validation Prepare basic financial reports and support compliance with internal controls Help maintain compliance with internal controls, tax filings, and audit requirements Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, and service coordinators to validate job costing or billing accuracy Other accounting or administrative tasks as needed What we're looking for: Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction or field service environment Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000 per annum
Responsibilities
The Accounting Associate will process accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end and year-end close. They will also maintain vendor and customer records and prepare basic financial reports.
