We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Subsidiary’s Finance team for an Accounting Associate. This is a new position created to support the expansion of the accounting function and streamline daily financial operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about accounting, has a keen eye for detail, and is excited to work in a small to mid-size team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • 3–5 years of professional accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and create reports independently
  • Team player with a respectful and collaborative approach
  • Comfortable in a close-knit, high-trust team dynamic
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented
  • English required; Mandarin and/or Spanish are strong advantages

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
  • CPA or CA designation, or currently eligible and planning to sit for exams (strong preference)
    This position requires working 40 hours per week. Compensation is based on experience and location.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily sales reporting and reconciliation
  • Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot financial discrepancies
  • Contribute to monthly profit and loss analysis
  • Support finance-related administrative tasks as required
