We have a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience for customers. This role will complete daily and monthly accounting responsibilities.

• Customer Deposit, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory Reconciliations

• Supplier Cost Updates
• Purchasing Assistance
• Monthly and Weekly Reporting
• Cash Deposits
• Website Pricing and Order Entry

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You might be who we are looking for if you have:

• Positive Attitude

• Willingness to Learn
• Experience with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Quickbooks Online
• Familiarity with cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• College Diploma or University Degree in Accounting

WHAT YOU PROBABLY WANT TO KNOW

• Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5pm
• Salary ranges from $24 - $26 per hour depending on experience
