JOB DESCRIPTION

• Effective monitoring, management and planning of cash flow.
• Preparation of various forecasts, reports and analyses.
• Participation in tax consulting and preparation of final accounts.
• Design of financial processes and business plans of the company.
• Review of tax returns and other legally required financial reports.
• Monitoring and analyzing deviations between actual and planned results.
• Collaboration with accounting and external partners.
• Invoicing, posting of received invoices and bank statements.
• Making payments and ensuring proper management of payment transactions.
• Logistics organization and order processing.
• Issuing invoices and verifying payments.
• Active participation in the preparation of financial statements.
• Performing other administrative work and tasks according to the needs of the work process.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of experience in administration, business support, accounting or a related field (preference is given to candidates with experience in the financial-accounting field).
• Good written and spoken expression.
• Good knowledge of software tools (MS Office, Google Drive).
