Job Description

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile payable/receivable
• Able to research the discrepancy from billing
• Machine Billing
• Receipt of Goods Entry and Payable
• Collections
• End of month reporting
• Assist Sale order Processing
• Maintain general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures
• Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions
• Assist Accounting Manager for any assigned tasks

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Education: Associates Degree or above.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years.
• Preferred Experience: 3-5 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
