Family-owned and trusted for over 115 years Opportunities for career growth and advancement Stable, team-oriented work environment Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Ongoing Training & Professional Development Paid Time Off What You'll Do Process and bill new and pre-owned vehicle sales Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness Verify contracts, rebates, incentives, taxes, and financing documentation Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile vehicle deals Work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure every transaction is completed accurately and on time Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting Requirements What We're Looking For ? Dealership billing or automotive accounting experience preferred ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ? Experience with dealership management systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) is a plus ? Knowledge of vehicle contracts, funding, and accounting processes preferred ? Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Responsibilities
Process and bill new and pre-owned vehicle sales while reviewing deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure timely transaction completion and assist with month-end closing.
