At INHAUS, we are partnering with a leading company in Panama in the search for an Accounting & Billing Assistant to join its team. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to grow in a dynamic environment, providing key support in accounting, administrative, and billing processes across multiple clients. About the Role This position plays a fundamental role in the registration and control of accounting and financial transactions, ensuring accurate documentation management, reconciliations, billing processes, and compliance with internal and tax-related requirements. Key Responsibilities Record accounting transactions, collections, and payments in the system. Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items. Manage accounting documentation and digital records. Support billing processes and Work Order control. Assist with tax filings and administrative procedures. Maintain client information and documentation updated. What We Are Looking For Degree or studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in accounting and/or billing functions. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions On-site position | Panama City Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
