IMMEDIATE ACCOUNTING CLERK NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST PRODUCT SUPPLY COMPANIES IN THE AREA $20/HR WILLIAMSVILLE, NY Qualifications: 1 year of accounting experience or Bachelor Degree in accounting Responsibilities (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED: Process and record invoices, expense reports, and check requests. Prepare and issue accounts payable checks and maintain related documentation. Assist with accounts receivable functions, including posting payments and resolving discrepancies. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing purposes. Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing issues. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsville, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
