Key Responsibilities Organize, classify, and file physical and electronic documents according to established procedures. Maintain up-to-date filing systems, ensuring easy access and document retrieval. Digitize documents and keep electronic databases organized and secure. Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before filing. Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and compliance with internal policies. Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documentation. Prepare employee, vendor, and financial records as needed. Coordinate the retention and proper disposal of documents in accordance with hotel policies and local regulations. Support general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering calls, and basic correspondence. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper document flow. Perform other reasonable job duties as by supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma; associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Previous experience in filing, administrative office work, or similar role (hospitality experience preferred). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle high volumes of documentation accurately and efficiently. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Good communication skills in Spanish; basic English preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
