What You'll Do We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our growing accounting team. This entry-level position focuses on data entry, trust transaction processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting and case management software Process trust account deposits and disbursements in compliance with firm procedures Upload and organize financial documentation, including deposits, approvals, and receipts Communicate with internal team members to ensure documentation accuracy Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed What You Need High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills What You Get Competitive salary Fully paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and career growth Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
