• Prepare payment/check vouchers
• SAP entry for all expenses excluding those payables to suppliers
• End of the month SAP entries including adjustments
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform accounting entries and monitoring of expenses
• Encoding of receipts from purchases in VAT relief summary for BIR
• Encoding and monitoring of Billing Statements and Receipts of Alphalab
• Depreciation of Assets
• Photocopy and filing of documents of suppliers
• Encoding of check vouchers in monitoring Summary, Petty cash ( With/Without Receipts) & Gasoline in Excel monitoring
  Bachelor degree BS Accountancy, Business Management Major in Finance Management.
