JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial support tasks to help ensure accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.

• Enter vendor invoices, payments, and financial transactions with accuracy
• Verify purchase orders and ensure proper coding and approval
• Support receiving process for POs when needed
• Batch and prepare invoices for approval and processing
• Review job and invoice details in ServiceTitan prior to batching
• Post customer payments and apply to correct accounts
• Monitor aging reports and support collections follow-up
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close tasks and financial reporting
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
