Opening and Sorting incoming mail. Research open and pending items in multiple platforms.   Communicate with various departments on current action items.   Set up and assign vendors as needed.  A/P emails to clients and vendors.   Qualifications   Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).   Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
