JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will assist with various general administrative duties and support the Service Coordinator with data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask effectively, and possess strong phone etiquette. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or Acumatica is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or diploma, with minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Acumatica, or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Understanding of office equipment (fax, printer, copier).
  • Ability to adapt to new software tools quickly.
