JOB SUMMARY

Bestway Logistics Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our daily accounting and billing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics office. You will assist with invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, and documentation using GoFreight, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices using GoFreight
  • Record and track incoming payments
  • Reconcile billing records with backup documents
  • Input and maintain accurate records in Excel, Google Sheets, and GoFreight
  • File and organize accounting documents (both digital and hard copy)
  • Assist with vendor payment processing and documentation review
  • Support preparation of internal financial reports
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service to resolve billing issues
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks
  • Perform general administrative support related to accounting
