SUMMARY

As an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper, you will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records for various small business companies and supporting the team. Your core skills in accounting and proficiency with accounting software will enable you to efficiently manage payroll and filing tasks. Utilizing your premium skills in QuickBooks and accounts payable/receivable, you will assist in processing transactions and reconciling accounts. Additionally, your relevant skills in data entry and account analysis will contribute to the overall financial health of the organizations. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with accounting software, including Online and Desk Top QuickBooks and Sage
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable
  • Strong data entry skills and Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with financial services and account reconciliations
  • Ability to work with other various software systems such as ADP, Xero, and PeopleSoft
  • Bookkeeping or accounting certificate/diploma

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
