We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our growing team full-time! The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree, experience with invoicing, and proficiency in using Concur software to manage accounts and process financial transactions. This role involves assisting with daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Accounts Payable Process and manage incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Reconcile vendor invoices to purchase orders and receipts, ensuring proper documentation for payment. Assist with preparing and issuing payment requests to ensure timely processing. Concur Software Management Utilize Concur software for expense reporting and invoice processing. Maintain and update accounts and transactions in Concur, ensuring all records are current. Review employee expense reports submitted via Concur for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Recordkeeping & Documentation Maintain organized accounting files and records for auditing and reporting purposes. Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports as needed. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. General Accounting Support Provide general accounting support, including assisting with financial statement preparation. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable aging reports. Maintain accurate financial data entry and filing systems. Requirements Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Background in accounting, with knowledge of invoicing and accounts payable/receivable. Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Concur software, Microsoft Excel, and other financial software tools. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Additional Requirements: Ability to work full-time with standard office hours, with some flexibility as needed. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer. Occasional lifting of office supplies or files up to 15 lbs.
