SUMMARY
Administers paperwork and computer data entry related to Accounts Payable, Payroll and Project Manager activities by performing the following duties.

SKILLS:
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers and vendors in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
Ability to use independent judgment with little supervision.
Required to maintain confidentiality of information.
Requires strong calculator and computer data entry skills.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Regular use of hands and fingers to operate calculator and computer keyboard. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
