Description

Canada Custom Autoworks is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. We’re expanding our accounting team and are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join us.

Responsibilities

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our accounting department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with general inquiries
  • Filing and organizing accounting and administrative documents
  • Supporting year-end procedures by gathering documents such as capitalized invoices, insurance policies, lease agreements, and other relevant files
  • Assisting the Accounts Payable team, including:
  • Receiving and billing purchase orders
  • Opening vendor accounts
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Entering and paying vendor bills
  • Communicating with store locations
  • Assisting with Payroll by:
  • Issuing ROEs
  • Collecting employee documents
  • Gathering employee hours
  • Providing administrative support to the COO, Director of Operations, Controller, and Assistant Controller as needed
