Description

Carvery’s Construction is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide financial and accounting support, ensuring efficient operation within our office.

Education:

  • Secondary School (required

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (required)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred
Responsibilities
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
  • Prepare bills, Quotes, invoices and bank deposits
  • Processing credit memos and refunds.
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
  • Supporting the accounts payable and receivable team when needed.
  • Renter/run company payroll through ADP.
  • Manages office operations alongside the office manager.
  • Orders office supplies and equipment.
  • Sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
  • Performs other assignments as directed by the Office Manager.
  • Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure financial details are accurate
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $47,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
