Description
Responsibilities: * Perform high-volume data entry for accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor management * Accurately log and categorize company expenses in QuickBooks  * Assist with preparing and posting journal entries  * Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner  * Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned    Qualifications: * 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred  * QuickBooks experience preferred but not required * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes  * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays. * Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
