JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and will require proficiency in accounting software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software including Sage
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong numerical skills with a good grasp of basic accounting principles
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
