Description Gurley Leep is a family-owned company with 23 locations across five states and continues to expand. We have an open full time Accounting/Office Clerk position working out of our Hyundai-Subaru dealership located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Duties include but are not limited to accounting support and title work. Qualifications: The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. This role will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately, efficiently, and effectively. This position reports to the Accounting Manager with hours from Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is subject to a 40-hour workweek. Responsibilities: Data Entry Accounts Payable and Receivable Bank Reconciliation and Deposit Financial Reporting Administrative Support to the accounting department Compliance and Auditing Record Maintenance Develop and maintain a professional and good working relationship with all outside vendors Other duties as assigned by management LEEP123 Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel required Detail-oriented and organized Work with minimal supervision but also works well in a team environment
