Description Now Hiring: Accounting Clerk We are seeking a new team member to join our Accounting department. The Accounting Clerk supports daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accounting Clerk Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable Assist with accounts receivable and invoice tracking Support job cost tracking and data entry Process credit memos and maintain supporting documentation Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close Communicate with internal departments to obtain documentation Requirements Experience· 1–2 years of accounting, AP, or AR experience preferred Basic accounting knowledge ERP experience preferred; NetSuite a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel Required Competencies· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication Sense of urgency and accountability
