Overview **This position will be physically located in Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP** **This Job Posting only applies to RMI Citizens and must be authorized to work in the RMI to be considered for this Job** Under broad direction performs a full range of duties related to processing a variety of financial transactions in support of operations with computerized accounting systems Responsibilities ** This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.** Perform as team member providing assistance and coordination with other departments as needed. Assist RMI workforce, Vendors, Sub-Contractors, and Garrison with transactions at the cash window in the Finance office. Ensure all facilities turn-in their cash collection reports daily on a timely basis. Reconcile 4082’s, spreadsheets, or other paperwork submitted to the cash window. Ensure any tracking spreadsheets or subsequent ledgers are reconciled with the control accounts Reviews the accounts receivable on a daily or periodic basis Prepares invoices and ensure entries are accurately entered in the accounting software. Must be willing to travel to Roi as directed. Performs other related duties as required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. High School diploma. Experience of three (3) years handling and safeguarding cash and related supporting documentation for a medium-large company preferred. Must not have anything on a local police report that will prevent working on Kwajalein Atoll. Must have ability to obtain a Kwajalein Installation Badge. Experience: Three or more years of experience in Finance or Accounting. Skills: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential. Strong working knowledge of automated financial systems and proficiency with database and spreadsheet software. Working Conditions: Indoor environment with rare outside conditions (i.e., monthly facility audits). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. Physical Requirements: Light work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
