Description We continue to Grow! The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the maintenance and organization of both electronic filing systems and paper. This is a full-time in-office position located in Wixom, MI. Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Essential Functions File incoming material such as orders, accounts payable, and other documentation according to the file system. Data Entry, copying and scanning documents. Assisting with incoming and out going mail. Create and/or update records with new files and information, when necessary. Follow policies in order to maintain confidentiality. Provide front desk support during breaks, lunches, and full-day coverage as needed Requirements Required Education and Experience Demonstrated technical skills and detail orientation. Previous experience requiring the ability to effectively use computer systems and maintain accurate records. Understanding of confidentiality and data protection. High school diploma or GED Other Duties All other duties as assigned by management.
