Will also assist with accounts payable, payroll support, reconciliation, and general administrative duties Primary Job Duties: Reporting Run standard weekly and monthly reports and format for readability Data entry Track various metrics for the senior administration team Support month-end/year-end closing Assist with various projects around improving organizational effectiveness Accounts Payable Enter vendor bills, recurring payments, employee reimbursements, and patient refunds?in?JWM accounting?platforms Maintain?vendor records including W-9's Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries Secondary Job duties: Payroll Support Assist?with payroll processing using?JWM payroll?platform. This is largely a sedentary role (sitting 8-9 hours per day); however, some filing is required.
