The position requires knowledge of automobile accounting, which is not that same as standard accounting. The ideal candidate must have excellent people and communication skills and be able to multi-task. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to title clerks and accounting department Perform and monitor bank deposits and transfers Track expenses Post and process all wholesales Reconcile assigned schedules Issue checks for lien payoffs and used purchases Maintains reports pertinent to quality of role Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management Requirements Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products (Excel) Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines Must be dependable. Strong attention to details Must have flexibility with schedule during month end process. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug test.
