This position involves a blend of transactional work, administrative support, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities Accurately record daily financial transactions Process accounts receivable and accounts payable Maintain accounting databases and ensure records are accurate and up to date Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries Prepare checks, deposits, and related documentation Update ledgers; research and resolve financial discrepancies Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal team members Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, processing mail, filing, and other administrative duties Requirements Education: High school diploma required Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred Experience: Prior accounting experience strongly preferred, especially in a manufacturing environment Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures Strong accuracy, efficiency, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Eagerness to learn and collaborate as part of a team
