EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:

• 2 years of General Ledger Accounting and/or Accounts Payable preferred.
• MAS-90 accounting software experience preferred.
• Strong background and experience in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge and compliance of relevant local, state, and federal financial regulations.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.

• Prepare the daily lab billing files for hospital clients.
• Prepare and file monthly Idaho sales and use tax returns.
• Prepare and file monthly Washington business and occupation tax returns.
• Verify and record the cash receipts log prepared by billing.
• Provide additional support as needed in billing and accounts receivable.

• Understand and adhere to all safety and HIPAA related standards to ensure high quality patient care
