JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various office administration functions. This is a part-time role with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience coupled with a good understanding of accounting principles and inter-company transactions
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook and small business accounting software such as Spire, QuickBooks or Sage
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Provide administrative support for customer orders as well as purchasing
