We’re looking for a Front Desk/Accounting Assistant who can keep our books accurate, our vendors happy, and our customers satisfied. Requirements Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff Manage mail, deliveries, and incoming correspondence Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference room Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering when necessary Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Handles miscellaneous duties when not occupied directly with patients, visitors or telephone calls. Keeps the front desk and main lobby area clean, tidy and stocked with proper information. Sorts staff mail Support general accounting functions and maintain organized records Collaborate with the accounting team to improve efficiency and accuracy Acts in a friendly and reassuring manner in all Interactions with patients and visitors. Must-Have Qualifications Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking ability High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Accounts Payable, Billing (A/R) Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move items up to 25–30 lbs. Ability to engage in frequent phone and in-person conversations daily.
