Description

RISE Thru Tubing has been providing downhole services since 2014. We’re proud to have built a reputation centralized on quality service and a team of some of the top Thru Tubing personnel in Western Canada. RISE is dedicated to bringing the best skills, knowledge, and experience to the table.
RISE is currently looking for a part time (3 days a week) Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position will be based out of Grande Prairie with the potential for a flexible schedule. You will be reporting to the President and the Operation Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • · Assisting with accounts payable.
  • · Assisting with accounts receivable.
  • · Prepare necessary spreadsheets and provide administrative assistance.
  • · Data entry into drop box and other databases.
  • · Take inventory of office supplies and restock when needed.
  • · Administrative support for Operations Manager.
  • · Inventory/Quality control tracking.
  • · Assist safety coordinator with ongoing safety program.
  • · Other tasks as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Must have experience with Simply Accounting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and effective in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous office admin or data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with Open invoice, ISN, Complyworks and Workhub would be an asset.
