We are a growing construction company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting day-to-day financial operations, with a focus on AIA billing, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processing.
The successful candidate must be organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Previous experience in the construction industry and familiarity with industry-specific software (Sage) is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Proficiency in AIA billing, AP/AR, and payroll
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
