We are looking for an Accounting Clerk for a one-year term (maternity leave replacement) to join our team! Under the supervision of your supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the team in place by performing all the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the department.
Location: Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce, Quebec
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
Job Type: 40 hours per week; offer a hybrid environment (1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days working from home)
Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. Monday to Thursday; Friday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., but we’re flexible!

• Written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented team spirit and excellent organizational skills·
• Ability to ensure that controls are operating effectively to reduce risk.
• The candidate must be meticulous, rigorous and autonomous in his or her work.
• Willingness to learn and participate in new and varied projects as they arise

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• DEC in accounting and/or have relevant experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
• Functional oral and written English to communicate with English-speaking clients
• Master Office Suite software
