Position Summary
The Accounting Clerk at Stella-Jones plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting various accounting functions. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will ensure smooth financial operations.
This position is based at our office in Gormley and will be a hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 days remote) after a period of training and integration to the team is complete.

  • College diploma in Accounting and 2+ years of Accounting-related experience –or– High School diploma and 4+ years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor and check work for accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ERP experience (such as SAP) an asse
