We are looking for an Accounting Clerk/Technician to join our administration department. Job duties will includes: accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, maintaining ledger entries, calculating margins, entering sales, invoicing, customer service and all related administration duties as required. This position will suit someone who is looking to get into the accounting field in the future. The successful candidate must have some basic accounting skills, have great interpersonal and customer service skills, graduated high school or equivalent, and be self motivated. Successful candidate must also be a team player and helps the administration team where it is needed. Hours of work will be 9 hours per day, with an hour lunch, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm, and occasional weekends.
