Position Details: Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour Temporary Role (up to 3 months) Full-Time, Non-Exempt 40 hours per week Fully Onsite Position in Hayward, CA Essential Job Responsibilities: Assist students at the Business Office window by addressing inquiries and processing transactions Receive and process credit cards and check payments accurately. Direct the cash-paying students to the Accountant/AP Clerk for assistance. Refer to internal team any student concerns and issues. Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions and reconcile records. File, organize, and retrieve financial documents.
