The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles. You will report directly to our CEO and serve as the financial engine of our daily operations, keeping our books clean. This is a fully on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. Requirements What You Will Do: - Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online - Perform monthly inventory reconciliation using SOS by QuickBooks Online - Maintain an accurate, up-to-date asset register - Support the month-end close and deliver weekly financial snapshots to the CEO - Reconcile all corporate card transactions on Ramp - Serve as the day-to-day liaison with our external bookkeeping firm, Pilot - Match purchase orders to vendor invoices and manage vendor relationships You Are a Great Fit If You: - Have 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience - Know QuickBooks Online inside and out (SOS Inventory a plus) - Are meticulous — you catch errors before anyone else does - Take full ownership of your work and do not wait to be asked before staying ahead of deadlines - Are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where processes are still being built and improved - Want to be part of something bigger — a company with a real mission and a clear growth trajectory - Are based in or can reliably commute to the Los Angeles area — this is a fully on-site role TGR Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, and free of discrimination.
