POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will have accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and data entry experience, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs).
  • Experience with accounting software; NetSuite preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry, reconciliation, and invoice processing.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounting experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Must be able to commute to Groveport, OH 43125
Responsibilities
  • Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit card, wire).
  • Prepare and assist with invoicing, employee expense reports, and freight bills.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Assist shipping department with tracking, returns, and billing adjustments.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties: answering phones, sorting mail, filing, and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
