What I Will Be Doing: Entry of invoices and creation of checks for payments Process deposits and allocate funds to the correct client cases Monitor trust funds for unallocated monies and ensure compliance Void, create, approve, and issue checks Process reimbursements for attorneys and investigate suspected fraudulent charges Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements Generate financial analyses and reports Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation Compensation & Benefits: $48-56k annually Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive benefit package Medical, dental, vision 401k with match Dog friendly campus Requirements What Do I Need to Bring to the Table: Prior experience in accounting or finance, law firm, or professional services environment a plus Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing deadlines and frequent priority shifts Maintain accuracy under pressure during peak volume periods and time-sensitive deadlines Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
