- 5+ years experience in Accounting or Finance across public, private, or not-for-profit entities
- The desire to work short-term (two-five days) nonrecurring projects, short-term (two-five days) recurring (monthly, quarterly or annually) projects, long term projects (10-40 hours per week to cover a leave of absence (medical or other), and on-call throughout the year as needed
- Experience with large ERP systems
- Flexibility for working on a client site or from home
