We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support the day-to-day financial operations of a finance team. This role is hands-on and transactional in nature, with a strong focus on accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable, while also providing general administrative and financial support as needed. This position is ideal for someone with solid AP/AR experience who enjoys a flexible role in a dynamic environment and is comfortable supporting multiple priorities. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working onsite in a hybrid setting in our Montreal adMare location. Key Responsibilities Core Accounting Responsibilities * Process accounts payable and manage vendor invoices * Support accounts receivable, billing, and collections activities * Maintain client and vendor relationships * Prepare GST/QST returns * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation * Support transactional accounting activities and data entry Administrative & Team Support * Provide ad hoc administrative and finance-related support * Assistwith internal projects and time-sensitive tasks as needed * Collaborate with finance team members to ensure continuity of operations Qualifications & Experience * 2–5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting support roles * Strong understanding of AP and AR processes * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment * Bilingual (French and English)required * Diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred * CPA designation not required We are committed to growing our talented team and their potential to drive innovative novel therapeutics.
