ACCOUNTING/BILLING COORDINATOR

Law Client is seeking a Accounting Coordinator with 3–5 years of accounting experience. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive environment. We provide a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior billing experience required (law firm experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication with attorneys, staff, and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and process monthly attorney invoices via electronic billing systems
• Handle billing adjustments, write-offs, and retainer applications
• Process trust account disbursements/deposits
• Generate accounts receivable and trust reports
