Breadner Trailers is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our Team. This position is great for those looking to gain valuable experience in Finance. Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable – includes but is not limited to:

  • Making collection calls on overdue accounts
  • Generating customer invoicing, billing and account statements
  • Managing customer payments and deposits
  • Running regular reporting on collection updates
  • Responding to customer requests & inquires as required
  • Monitor credit limits and make recommendations for changes
  • Set up new customers into accounting system
  • Assist other team members with Accounts Payable as needed

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of accounting experience or co-op placement
  • University Degree or College Diploma in accounting/business administration is preferred
  • Superlative communication skills – both oral and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
