Responsibilities
  • Have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, auditing practices, and financial controls, and know how these can be applied to financial accounting and reporting. QuickBooks experience an asset
  • Assist management in implementing and executing tasks, goals, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor progress of open and ongoing jobs and projects, providing daily reports to upper management.
  • Manage workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently.
  • Implement and monitor programs directed by management, seeing them through to completion.
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports as appropriate and maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
  • Participate in Training new staff and respond to questions and requests for information.
