SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Post-secondary Accounting/Business Degree/Diploma
• Desire to pursue professional designation would be an asset
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
• High energy level with the ability to work flexible hours

• Conduct full-cycle Accounts Receivable
• Create and process customer invoices
• Apply all customer payments and maintain records of unpaid capital PO’s
• Complete Accounts Receivable related month-end reconciliations including the processing of journal entries
• Schedule voucher payable reconciliation
• Process vendor and customer updates
• Assist with daily inventory counts and ERP entry of data
• Invoice entry into ERP system
• Input bills, and ensure all bills are approved and processed in a timely manner
• Review and process all expense reports
• Accurately prepare, reconcile, monthly vendor statements
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all vendor files
• Assists in preparation and reconciliation of month-end entries
• Ad hoc analysis and special projects, as required
