Job Summary
The Accounts Payable and Purchasing Specialist will manage vendor relationships, process invoices, track purchases, and ensure timely payments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in medical device fulfillment or a regulated industry. Must have experience in QUICK BOOKS ONLINE. Please do not apply if you do not have QUICK BOOKS experience.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Prepare reports on payables and cash flow projections.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Purchasing:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for medical device components and fulfillment supplies.
Create and manage purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in accounts payable and purchasing, preferably in medical devices or a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.
Proficiency in accounting software Quick books.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 compliance and FDA regulations is a plus.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
